As expected, the lunch and dinner menu features big helpings of designer food for the city's growing cappuccino class. Although the menu, which features an equal mix of Asian and Western cuisine changes regularly, the specialities remain. Favourites include the Sarawak Laksa, Beef Lasagne, Chicken Rice and Alexis dips. Pasta is featured prominently here as well. The desserts, which include pastries and cakes are a must try while the freshly brewed coffee is simply wonderful.

Based on a chain of popular steakhouses in South America, Maredo's prides itself as being the first and only Argentine conceptualised steakhouse in Malaysia. The restaurant also has a bar area that enjoys a captivating view of the KLCC. As expected, Argentinean steaks are offered and there are plenty to choose from the selections of appetisers, soups, salads, mains and desserts. Popular starters include ensalada de carne de vaca which is extravagant entrée consisting of marinated beef with roasted capsicum herb Chimichurri, garlic bread and Manchego cheese. A popular selection of mains is the Argentina Pueblo Steak which is grilled tenderloin with Chimichurri Vinaigrette sauce served with wild mushrooms and steak fries. Although Maredo's has a good selection of steaks, it still has white meat and seafood like the Aves which is grilled chicken breast with mashed potato and the oven-baked snapper garnished with mussels and scallops. Cap off the meals with two highly recommended desserts, the El Helado y el Chocolate and the Chocolate Ganache and vanilla ice cream.

Featuring Mediterranean and Western fare, it also serves a good selection of steaks. T-hone, sirloin, tenderloin and rib-eye steaks, each comes either roasted, fried or baked potatoes and with seasonal vegetables. Mediterranean fare includes deep fried crispy calamari seasoned with Italian herbs. A house specialty is the chicken souvlaki which is skewered marinated medallions of chicken on pita bread served with roasted new potatoes and sweet onion sauce. A good selection in the desert section and highly recommended is the tropical fruit salsa which is fruit filled crepes.

As for the main courses, recommended dishes include the Grilled Spring Chicken, Grilled Lamb Loin or Swing Scallops and Prawns. Not to be missed are the Bread Fruit Pudding and Banana Crumble for dessert. Guests can linger in the restaurant's warm ambiance and soft jazz music while having dinner. This will guests up in the mood for a night of live swingin' jazz music played by the resident band from 10pm onwards.
